JOB TITLE: Primary Care Paramedic HOURS: 37.5 Monday to Friday, part-time hours considered LOCATION: Phoenix Health Primary Care Network, Chinnor An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paramedic(s) to join Phoenix Health Primary Care Network. The role will involve working across our 3 member practices: Cross Key Practice, Haddenham Medical Centre and Unity Health to provide care to our elderly population living in the community and residents of care homes, working with our Frailty & Care Homes Team. As part of our multi-disciplinary team and in conjunction with practice teams the paramedic will assess and treat minor illness and provide acute reactive care by way of a daily home visiting service.
